POLICIES AND REGULATIONS
Rules and Regulations
- Stay extensions require a new reservation.
- All guests must be registered correctly at the time of making the reservation, otherwise additional costs may be incurred upon check-in.
- Availability of accommodation at the same property for additional guests is not guaranteed.
- Guests under 18 years of age can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
- The price does NOT include applicable hotel service charges, optional incidental charges (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls, etc.) or regulatory surcharges. These fees, charges and surcharges will be assessed by the hotel upon check-out.
- Check-in time: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to midnight
- Check-out Time: Check-out is at 11 AM. Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 11 AM to clean the property. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot delay your schedule.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room.
Pet Policy
At this hotel, pets are not allowed, as the property has working dogs on-site that roam freely throughout the premises.
However, in exceptional cases, if your request to bring a pet is approved, the following conditions must be met:
- **Admission Fee**: Pets may be admitted with a fee of $1,200 MXN (taxes included).
- **Supervision and Control**: Pets must be under their owner’s supervision at all times and kept on a leash.
- **Service Animals**: Service animals are admitted at no additional cost.
- **Prior Notification**: Guests must notify the hotel of their intention to travel with a pet or service animal at least 48 hours before arrival.
- **Required Documentation**: For service animals, the guest must present an updated medical certificate accrediting the animal as such.
- **Liability for Damages**: The guest will be responsible for covering 100% of the costs related to the repair or replacement of any hotel property damaged by the pet.
- **Noise**: Barking or howling is not permitted, especially at night.
*Liability Waiver*
The hotel is not responsible if the pet becomes ill, escapes, or suffers an accident while on the premises. It is the guest’s responsibility to carefully read and accept all the points mentioned above.
Policies for Minors:
- Children from 0 to 5 years old stay free in existing beds.
- Children 6 years and older: They are considered adults and adult rates apply.
FORCE MAJEURE POLICY
Natural Disaster:
- Return certificate valid for unused nights within 1 calendar year.
- Not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Subject to availability and restrictions.
Natural Disaster Alert:
- No penalty for changing dates within 72 hours of the alert.
- No Shows:
No penalty from the issuance of the alert until 5 days after the hotel returns to normal.
Early Departure:
- Early check-out without penalties, receiving a certificate for unused nights, valid for 1 year.
Reprogramming:
- Original fare guarantee for travel within 1 year of the original date.
- Must reschedule within 30 days of the natural disaster, with seasonal restrictions applying.
Policy Changes:
- The policy is subject to change without notice.
- The property reserves the right to carry out maintenance work on amenities and common areas without prior notice.
Deposit Policies
- Flexible
The charge will be made 2 days before arrival for the total reservation and will not be refundable.
- Non-Refundable
The charge will be made at the time of making the reservation.
